Fee based camping. Lost man is situated directly across Independence
Pass road from Lost Man Trailhead. From the Aspen city limits travel
14 miles east on Highway 82. From Independence Pass go about 6 miles
west of the summit of the pass. |

Twin
Peaks Campground |

Comments: Fee based camping. From
Twin Lakes, Drive approximately 3.25 miles west of the village of
Twin Lakes on Highway 82 to reach the Twin Peaks Campground. Fee
camping. First come, first serve. Around the lakes, camping is
permitted only in campgrounds. All campgrounds are equipped with
drinking water, toilets, picnic tables, fire rings and trash
collection. |
