Job Description

The Restaurant Assistant Manager is a full-time year-round position providing leadership to all of our food and beverage operations which may include The Grill, Snack Bar and Red Brick Eats. Desired qualifications: one year previous restaurant and/or food and beverage supervisory/management experience; desire and ability to build strong teams; understanding of food and labor controls; ability to work weekends holidays and a varied schedule; proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems; high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional guest service.
