Job Description
Snowmass Mountain Lodging is seeking Maintenance Engineers to join our growing team in Snowmass, CO. The Maintenance Engineer II is responsible for providing efficient and prompt maintenance repairs and tasks as needed with the utmost care and efficiency for guests and managed properties.

Duties include but are not limited to interior/exterior facilities including electrical, lighting, refrigeration, plumbing, heating/cooling, paint, drywall, masonry, landscaping, irrigation, pool and spa upkeep, boiler maintenance and parking areas.

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging- Snowmass, CO.
Start date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights and weekends and holidays are required.

Minimum Requirements
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Pool Operator preferred, but will train the right person.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
